Draft dated 18 September 2026The website is delivered through Google Firebase Hosting. Firebase processes visitors’ IP addresses to detect abuse and deliver the service. This is separate from analytics, which AKVLJV has not enabled. Google's Firebase privacy information describes its hosting data practices; do not assume that browsing involves no technical data processing.
When you choose English or Kannada, the website stores that choice in your browser's local storage under akvljv-language. It is used to remember your language on this device. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data; this will reset the saved language choice.
The contact link opens your email application; it does not submit a website form. If you email info@akvljv.org, your email address, message and any attachments reach the organisation's mailbox and its email service provider. Share only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or identity documents unless an authorised AKVLJV representative explains a secure and necessary process.
Contact info@akvljv.org or +91 73377 73406 to request access, correction or deletion. AKVLJV verifies and processes requests manually; there is no automatic self-service deletion. The intended retention period for membership information and documents is up to three years, with the start point, minimal lifetime-membership record and justified exceptions awaiting final policy approval. Lifetime membership does not mean lifetime storage of identity documents. Do not submit real identity documents to the test website.
Approved notices describing the relevant information, purposes, service providers, retention and choices must be reviewed before member accounts, applications, uploads, analytics or payments are enabled. The proposed card photograph will be kept private and used to prepare the member's card; its retention and removal wording also need approval. This interim notice is not consent to those future services.
